I really wanted to like this pillow. This is a very dense pillow. I removed some of the stuffing to adjust to the proper height for me, but that doesn’t change the firmness of this pillow. I am a side sleeper and I wake up with a sore ear using this pillow. I bought the double pack and my husband has the same issue. Updated: Wow, the customer service is outstanding! I’m truly pleased with how smoothly my issue was resolved. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Mitchell! Update II: Customer service is only outstanding until you update your review. After that, no follow through. Expensive mistake.
