Thermo-Fix Soldering Clay

Not happy

Upon receipt, the container was very difficult to open. After I did get it open, the claylike substance looked like it had been used before and was stiff as though it was aged. I have used the product “Hold It” and really liked it. Something doesn’t seem right.
