Very comfortable, and it's slowly helping my feet recover from walking in flat shoes too long with overpronation & worst collapsing arches as I age. They aren't tight at all on my really narrow super flat feet so I dont get any blisters which I was worried about after reading some reviews. Glad I paid extra for the crystal pair because it is really sparkly, more than any others I've owned so is worth the extra money.
