Otto Frei saves the tool!

A novice and still learning jeweler, I bought the contents of a long-retired jewelers shop. Boxes and boxes of stuff. Imagine my joy at finding a GRS stone setting system! Now imagine my disappointment when I discovered the holding screw was broken inside the tool. I tried my usual supplier without luck. ThenA simple google search lead me to Otto Frei who had the replacent and the rest of the parts I needed!
