This is my first time buying something from Otto Freí, and I am more than pleased with their customer service and help! I had Deana helping clarify some doubts I had, and she was beyond helpful so I could be completely sure of what I was buying was what I really wanted. I ordered a set of Vallorbe files, and I am super impressed of the quality of these files. I totally recommend the files, but also I genuinely recommend buying from Otto Freí. They are great sellers!
