Collar snaps below standard

This is the 4th RangeTek shirt that I have purchased. Was a different vendor used? The snaps for the "button-down" collar are extremely difficult to close after putting on a bolo tie. I finally gave up. The next time I wore the shirt (after washing again), the collar snap could be closed with significant effort but it did not stay closed. Previous shirts did not have this problem. Hence a reduction of one star.

You guys never disappoint. Great color and of course Rangetek too. Wife just got her Sherpa lined jacket and …:well.. we are more and more a Schaefer household.
