NOT inner diameter

They're very nice jump rings, but you need to be aware that the size noted is based on outer, NOT inner diameter. If you, like every jeweler I know including myself, select jump rings based on inner diameter, these are going to be off. I'll keep and use them, but not for the size indicated.

These are very well made locking jump rings. I made several bracelets and the jump rings locked in place perfectly!
