Great bottle, great customer service

Good quality, nice neutral colour, fits in car cup holders. Unfortunately the opening in the straw in the lid wasn't big enough - but with one email customer service are going to send through a replacement lid. Amazing!

Terrible

I hate writing these reviews but this product does not work. It does not keep water cold, an entire bottle of ice is defrosted within the hour with 0 insulation and the condensation makes it impossible to pack / or use. I asked for a full return but have not heard from Cheeki.
