Works very well.

I think my ear canals must be extra small; they feel a bit sore after long sessions. That said, I CAN HAVE LONG SESSIONS! The old silicone tips would get sweaty and slip out after no time at all. These stay dry and stay in. It takes a bit of foam ear-protection technique to get them in, but they stay. They also take a bit more force to yank out and I'll have to train myself not to pull the wires on my HBS-910s. All acceptable trade-offs.

Specific need, not quite met.

So, I purchased all 3 shapes and found that the original fit my ears best (I have small ears and the round and oval were both too large for me). They did solve the issue of my ears feeling wet in the morning, but unfortunately they do not sit comfortably in your ear if you're laying on your side. (At least they didn't for me.). I bought them for my Ozlo Sleepbuds and they fit perfectly on the device. I really wish that they'd been the fix I needed.
