Amazing customer service! My package was lost by FedEx due to an incorrect address on the label, and even though the mistake was partly my fault for not double-checking it, this company was incredibly kind and helpful. They offered to replace the item for half the price, which I thought was extremely generous.
A few days later, the person who originally received the package brought it to the correct address, and I was able to pick it up. I truly appreciated how understanding and helpful this company was throughout the situation. Great experience and highly recommend!
