Sleep

Went from only sleeping 2 hrs at a time to now, 5 to 6 solid sleep :)

Gritty and doesn’t disolve well is water at all, Ive tried a couple dffeent ways to shake it and blend it and im still left with undisolved clumps of powder

This product was really gritty and doesn’t dissolve well. I’ve tried a couple different ways to mix it and just can’t get it to mix up or dissolve
