HORRIBLE. First, they sent the wrong product. I emailed asking for a pre-paid label to return it and asked for confirmation they sent the correct one. I got a label; nothing else. I emailed again; received nothing back. Called store and was told owner wasnt in but she would call me back. Nothing. Next day I mailed the incorrect product back using their label; so at this point the package is theirs. Called store again; owner still not in. Girl representing store was rude. Said policy is to send correct product once they receive the other back. I said that policy would be for a customer who chose to exchange or want a refund - NOT for a mistake on their end. I payed for a product, THEY sent wrong one. Now, I’m out the money, I’m still wIting for a refund and owner has not contacted me to apologize for the way its being handled. As icing, as soon as i opened the package it reeked of a horrid perfume. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
