Osma Mirror

The mirror took about 2 months to be delivered and when I received it, the mirror was shattered so it’s just sitting in my garage in the original packaging. Very disappointing given it was $1,000.

I ordered on august 22 and the money was drafted then. It said it will be shipped by September 4th. It arrived last week 2 months later and after several complains with customer service. I tried to cancel my order when I saw the delay and they kept saying it had been shipped (not true). I had to buy another mirror. Extremely disappointed with this brand

Had to follow up a full week before getting an answer about why our deliver had no update. Unbelievably terrible, flippant customer service that offered 0 accountability for why the item is arriving 15 days later than specified on the website. HORRIBLE. I’d rather buy one off Etsy from a reliable small business. They don’t even have a phone number for customer service. Update: Mirror delivered a month later but I did receive a discount and finally got attention from the store to resolve. Hopefully their operations improves as the mirror is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Not sure if it was worth the experience however.
