Structural masterpiece

I dont even dress formally for the office anymore but bought this because it is so stunning I couldn’t pass it up. I have a smallish waist and this makes it look so dramatic and high fashion! I sized down bc of my waist but hips and butt still fit into the XS so I would say it runs a little big
