Romina Mini Dress

The dress is beautiful, however sizing description is completely off. I’m a size 27/28 and a 34D. I ordered a Medium and the dress feels and fits like a S’mall. Also, once I opened the dress immediately realized the loop strings that hold the belt were ripped- not a big deal but just not a first good impression as a first time customer. I went through IG to request a return and still haven’t heard back.
