Fall floral print mom&me dress

Wrong size

I selected the dress to match the appropriate sizing for the top but the bottom is not as flowy as it seems. It fit too tight around my waist and hips but I got it on sale so it’s not sorting paying to return it. Otherwise, nice material. It maybe looks a tad bit childish with all the ruffles. I did not expect it to look so much that way until it came.
