Quality water filter jug with flaws

Water quality is great but Jug design is not good. Its cover always comes off when you try to fill water and then its hard to put on.

Bad lid design

The lid design is terrible. The lid clips flimsy to the reservoir housing and not very good at that. If you pull it out it falls apart. The filling lid doesn’t stay up by itself…you have to hold it. If unfiltered water is in the filling reservoir and you try and pour filtered water from the jug it leaks badly and you get unfiltered water in your glass. Brita does a better job of sealing and not letting unfiltered water pour out. Really bad design on this jog
