Carina Tote Bag - Pearl White Croc - [OUTLET RETIRED FINAL SALE]

Great bag, great service!

I already have the Gemini mini backback in black and in camel, but needed a summer bag and wanted the Carina in white since it's being discontinued (it's basically the same as the Gemini mini but without the backpack conversion). Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the slightly larger version (Aquila). When I noticed that in the confirmation email a few minutes later, I was concerned because discontinued items are final sale. But I emailed customer service hoping they'd be willing to swap the smaller Carina for the the accidental larger bag. Ana responded immediately and swapped the bag for me. I was so grateful! I love these bags and now I also can confirm the customer service is equally fabulous!
