Doesn’t work on odor control. Returned but no refund in over a year

I put these socks to a stress test using them at work in a hot kitchen all day and they do not control odor whatsoever. I emailed David about returning them for a refund so I shipped it out to the address they gave me but have not heard back in months. Emailed again and still no response.
