Durable but difficult to adjust

This belt is not going to wear down anytime soon. In addition, our team has never had an issue with the buckle coming undone. However, that durability comes with a price. Each new team member has needed to use plyers and a blow dryer to adjust the belt to each of their waist sizes. Good belt, but extremely difficult to adjust.
