40oz Ranger XL

So I’ve had the original cup for years and the straw finally wore out so I called them up and apparently they don’t have the right size straws to order separately for my original cup so they sent me a new one. I gave it a try and unfortunately the installation in these new cups is garbage cup keep ice for days an hour and then it melts. I hope this company can get this figured out.

Never received item. And could not get a response from Customer Support to rectify. Very unhappy.
