Product was lovely. However it took 2 months to arrive - in part due to the Canada post strike, however the company refused to send it with any other carrier, and was adamant it couldn’t ship to Canada until the strike lifted, but the memorial item for my own pet arrived several weeks ahead of this gift. This was a memorial gift to my young nieces for a much loved pet who recently passed, and due to shipping it arrived a month after the holidays. I’ll order locally next time.
