Programming issues

Following the procedure in the owners manual I was able to program both keys to start the vehicle. There is a problem as the remote lock/ unlock /remote start do not work. I have tried multiple different methods yo no avail suggesting thrre may be some compatibility issues with these aftermarket keys.

I contacted them several times to return it because its the wrong key for my car (totally my faut) but got no response when they state you can return unopened packages…no bueno
