Great customer service and quality brand. I recently ordered a hoodie and unfortunately it arrived with a small defect. I contacted their support and the communication was excellent – very quick, professional and helpful. They immediately offered several solutions and resolved everything without any complications. The hoodie itself is amazing, the design and quality are great, and you can really feel the attention to detail. Mistakes can happen in production, but what really matters is how a company handles it – and Velour Garments handled it perfectly. Highly recommended.

Le sweat est bien lourd, la coupe est tres large, je fais 1,80m , ca a l’air de bonne qualité, l’intérieur est un peu rêche. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est mais ca reste de bonne qualité.
