I am extremely disappointed in your return policy! I am unable to return for not a known reason! I would take an exchange or a credit but there isn’t a way to even relate that on this return! The hoodie is a very heavy material and not pictured that way. I assumed it was more of a quilted material. Please let me know how you can make this right! I have been trying to return this since the day I received it! Probably won’t ever order again!
