Love the cookbooks, they have some very good recipes that are so simple and I like that they break down the macros. The backpack is very roomy and it came in handy when I spent the day at the hospital for my mom’s surgery. I was able to pack my food for the whole day and bring my iPad and all of my things I needed for work. Definitely a great buy. Not just for the gym but for other dats as well
