Lights are great, however I had a strand that wasn’t communicating with the next strand that was good but not lighting. Replaced with another strand and opened a support ticket to have the bad strand replaced. Have had no response except for an immediate automated reply in almost 2 weeks now. No idea what’s going on, so not impressed with the customer support thus far

Worth the research

I did a ton of research on outdoor lights before I bought these. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Stainless screws, lots of extras to use to make a diy installation look professional. Thank you Nanoleaf your effort in producing this product has not gone unnoticed!
