Customer support above and beyond!

I needed a a cable adapter to connect my PWN VFD to a new controller. I couldn’t get the VFD to communicate and emailed support. Daniel answered my email within minutes and gave me the option of shipping my VFD to him where he would bench test the VFD to the same controller I had to ensure the adapter was working. He then shipped it back to me and it is now working flawlessly. Super responsive and PWN continues to display their commitment of support to customers. Thank you, thank you!
