Amazing store

I have a few plushies from this shop and I adore all of them. So sad to hear about the warehouse clearing out but also so happy I could support the business and get another plushie even while a little more tight on cash. I wish nothing but the best for them and their business. Wonderful quality and shipped fast. My moth shiggy and Nanami will be the bestest of buddies!

Disappointment...

I was really excited about getting that plush; I had wanted it for a long time and took advantage of a sale to buy it. However, it was never delivered to me because the package supposedly contained a prohibited item, so it was returned to the store. I even asked if it could be shipped through a different carrier, but that wasn’t an option — they only issued a refund. Honestly, I suspect they didn’t want to honor the discounted price at which I purchased it. After this experience, I won’t be attempting to buy from this store again.
