Great, great customer service! A 5 star on this! The product was on back order and I was contacted to let me know this. The rep said she would send a size smaller as they fit big and sent a few gifts with for our grandsons birthday! It was very oversized and still big, but he loves it and wore it for 3 days straight straight! It arrived right on his birthday! Very oversized but a great product! Go 2-3 sizes smaller but the customer service went above and beyond!

The photo shows nothing on the back of the hoodie but mine says USA hockey as a name plate which is misleading on the photo.
