I will start by saying that your garland is very beautiful and full. I had purchased 3 garlands, two 12’ and one 6’. Your website states that if there are additioanl shipping charges that you would notify us but i did not receive a call nor an email and was invoiced by the carrier almost $300 additional dollars in fees and taxes. Your garland is nice, however, there are small cube like hard plastic pieces (look like snow/ice) that fall off easily and they cause damage to tables and hardwood flooring. It requires much cleaning to ensure floors are not damaged/scratched.
