Boobeez Nipple Cover Compact-6cm

I found the description very misleading. I was shocked when it arrived to see that it is only an empty case and not the actual nipple covers as is shown in the picture. It is not clear from the item description that I would not receive actual product only a case to hold product that would need to be purchased separately.
