Good form, fabric not breathable
I bought these Outwork shoes to replace old ones I use for mobility exercises and heavy lifting. The fit was good, and I really appreciated the tiny dots on top to grip climbing rope, but the fabric made my feet feel hot. Not swimming in sweat hot, but an overall feeling of uncomfortably hot during my workout. I am going to exchange them for the Outwork Flex. I do not do gym exercises outside in the cold northeastern air, so I am prioritizing breathability. Sole is grippy, too.

So comfortable—the best shoes I’ve had for working out
