They are very high quality. 33 inch waist and 28 inch quads. Got size medium. The waist is perfect, the leg holes are pretty tight, but in a good way. No circulation issues or anything. The legs do pull the waist down a bit, but not to an inappropriate level. They just sit a little low, but within the normal area. After wearing them a few times, a 6 hour day in them is no issue. Pretty sweaty, though. They are a good investment, and I am very happy with them.
