Between Reddit and other sources online, the customer service had a reputation so when I ran into an issue I didn’t bother to resolve it properly. The company then reached out to me and went above and beyond to help and solve my issue. The kindness and empathy I was shown completely changed my situation and changed my mind about the company. I’ll absolutely buy from them again as the products are outstanding and it’s a company that truly cares.

Beautiful! Better than I Imagined!

These soft, firm foam pieces go together to make a beautiful “rug” like look in my grandchild’s playroom. Her playroom is on the main floor of her home, and this floor covering steps it up to make it look more in line with the other rooms on the main floor. I will say since the mats go together to make a pattern - you do have to be careful to line up the pieces so they match. It’s a huge puzzle. That did take me a while, but so worth it. Would definitely purchase again.
