Product never received after contacting them

Product was not received in original order. After numerous emails (un answered) asking for a refund of the sticker, they send me a notice it was shipped. To date the product has not been received but i'm being asked to review it. At this time, not happy with with this company, but I will give them a chance to make it right again.
