Military Rugged Automatic 45mm

I purchased this for my husband for his birthday on 6/7. He has tried setting the watch by following the enclosed instructions and watching the video. I sent an email to their support staff on 6/7 and never received a response. After waiting several days to hear back, my husband took the watch to a local repair company and was quoted $200 to repair it. It is unacceptable that the company had no customer response, and the watch is useless.

Looks fantastic. Cannot keep time. Ive owned it and wore it for two days and cannot for the life of me keep the watch timed correctly. Ive had to adjust it multiple times during the day to keep it on correct time.
