I cannot review Live Co based on their actual products because I’ve never been given the opportunity to use them. However, based purely on their customer service and return process, I will never do business with them again. For an online-only business, customer service and communication are everything. Unfortunately, this is where Live Co has completely dropped the ball. The lack of communication at every stage has been unacceptable. I had to chase every update. There was no proactive communication, no accountability, and no urgency. For an online retailer, where customers cannot walk into a physical store to resolve issues, this level of service is simply not good enough. The return process was unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating, and the overall experience has left me with zero confidence in this company. Based on customer service alone, I will not be purchasing from Live Co again.
