Soulframe Founders Collection - Pre-Order

You delayed the order multiple times. I was moving to another state, but you gave me a deadline to change the shipping address and said it would arrive before I moved in each update. I moved and there was never any indication of shipment, you gave one final warning to change the address on where it would ship and I changed it to the address I had moved to. I got the update that my package had been delivered, it was not delivered to my new residence and instead the update said it was delivered to my old residence. The new owners of the home were kind enough to reach out to us and our realtor is holding onto the package for me, fortunately the only reason I’m still going to be able to receive my order. I understand the world is chaotic and challenging right now, but I’m still very disappointed with how my order was treated.

The product is great. I have no problem with the other product. My problem comes with the fact of how long it took I mean yes it’s a pre-order I knew it was gonna take a while there but when it got delayed eight times and still didn’t arrive in the month, they said it would but arrived in the month after they said it would and yet they start saying that it should’ve arrived the previous month that’s where my problem is

The fabric feels amazing to touch, pin & cards looks like advertised. T-shirts did get changed though, should have contacted us saying they will change the colors. Arrived brown. Not dark gray
