Received A Already Used Product
I recently made my first purchase from this company and I am slowly opening my candles as I use them. I was shocked and taken aback when I opened my “Burning” candle as it looks like it was already used then capped and shipped to me. The lid even has soot and warped marks where the heat from the candle affected the plastic at the top of the lid. I was thrilled when I first received my candles but I have never ordered a product before and received a used one. I reported this to your website, sent a separate email, and never got a reply after including all of my contact information and asking for a good email address to share the images of this candle. I am truly appalled by how I received this product and the lack of response.
