I love the products that I ordered. I did not however like the communication. After my initial email purchase confirmation, I heard nothing from them for over a month. I tried reaching out multiple times but received no response. Finally, at 5 weeks I received a that my order was delayed then the next day my order shipped. I received my order quickly after that but I would prefer if they had better communication.
