Their truffles are made with organic, fair-trade cacao, coconut sugar instead of refined cane sugar, and no dairy, soy, or unnecessary fillers; just rich, smooth, flavorful chocolate. My latest order was a custom truffle box filled with all my wife’s favorites! Being able to choose each chocolate made the gift extra personal, and the quality was outstanding. Their customer service is just as impressive. Sasha and Liv are always responsive and helpful, especially when coordinating deliveries to prevent delicate chocolates from melting in our community mailbox during warm weather. I liked being able to choose which truffles I wanted, that’s a great selling point! I did not however, like not getting four of the truffles I ordered, having to reach out and get them sent separately, and then having them be completely melted. I gave up at that point. I think making sure the customers order is correct the first time is what will make them come back- the quality of the chocolate is good.
