Great quality but rather large

Nice quality, good detail and first class customer support. However, the pendant size if more of a medallion than a pendant. Which renders it unwearable for a woman that wears delicate jewellery. This could be my fault ordering the wrong size but I don't think a lot of women would wear a 'medallion' now. Thank you
