Amazing tent. 15 minutes or less to set up once you know what you’re doing. Completely rain proof even without fly. We use these 90 days out of the year, taking down and setting up every 3 days. No issues, use large screw type anchors for sand.

I set the tent up in the backyard as extra work-at-home space and as a place to hangout outside. It’s got a couch that converts to a bed and a stove for heat and cooking. Everyone that comes over loves this place.
