Candle 120ml transparent

Lovely candles, but

I love the candles, the ingredients and the fragrances, however, this time the service was quite disappointing. My order was stuck during more than 2 weeks and I received absolutely no update; then I finally followed up myself by email and still received no answer. The parcel was finally sent, just to find out with disappointment when I unboxed the candles, that the personalised messages I requested were not considered in any of my candles and I received lids labelled with different messages and even in a different language… This was quite upsetting as the candles were meant to be a gift for teachers, which not only arrived late despite my order being placed way in advance, but they also arrived with wrong personalisation. I do hope this is just a random bad experience, but it will definitely make me think twice next time I consider this brand for personalised presents.

Déception totale

J'ai passé ma commande le 17 mai et j'ai été livrée le 19 juin après avoir dû envoyer un rappel. Les produits restent heureusement fidèles à eux-mêmes. Je commande mes bougies parfumées exclusivement chez Yoku depuis 6 ans et j'en ai fait la publicité à de nombreuses reprises auprès de mon entourage privé et professionnel. Mais le service est devenu lamentable et c'est dommage.

Toujours aussi satisfaite des bougies Yoku, alliant des senteurs divines et des ingrédients respectueux de la santé.
