Beautiful Veil, fantastic communication!

Alisha could not have been easier to work with. She was absolutely instrumental in helping me determine what I wanted and what would look best with my dress. Every person that I spoke with told me that they were not expecting me to have that kind of veil AND that it was the most beautiful veil they had ever seen. My dress was couture and I had 3 total tailors. All 3 commented on how thoughtfully it was made. I don’t have anything but positives to say. You don’t get this kind of attention, customer service, and care from Amazon.

I am the kind of person who looks at a thousand (yes, a thousand...) options before I make a decision. I weigh cost, style, materials, etc over and over until I finally narrow everything down. Alisha was so generous with her time and attention when I was in the process of narrowing down my veil choices. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and thoughtful, and made me feel like the only bride she was working with. It was so nice to talk to her about how I was feeling about different styles, what would work with my dress/the feel I was going for, etc. I wasn't ready to make a decision at first, but I came back to Alisha MONTHS later because it became clear to me that Alisha was not only the best in the business, but the most delightful.
