The Constance Dress

Beautiful dress, poor shipping & customer service. I ordered this dress as a special Christmas gift for my daughter. As someone who often orders from Europe & Asia, I was surprised it took 3 weeks to receive the dress. Especially for what I paid in shipping. When the dress arrived, I knew it was too large. I immediately contacted customer service. I had hoped I could ship back with an exchange in time for Christmas. I received an email telling me no exchanges. To pay full return shipping, hope they approve it when it arrives and give them five full business days once received & approved for a refund. And my sale price would not be honored with a replacement. While the dress is brand new, untouched in the box, I felt uneasy paying international express shipping for someone to “decide” if they approve my return or not. And absolutely no care to a delivery in time for Christmas if I ordered another. All business & no care for the customer.

Beautiful dress, I was hesitant at first to get this, because of me being petite, I wasn't sure if it would look right on me, but I'm glad I decided to purchase because it looks lovely on, and I've had so many compliments, thank you.
