Never Had To Leave Hoodie

Hoodies run a size small. There was a printing error on my hoodie (text in wrong place) - Company was helpful and sent a replacement free of charge. However, while the text of the replacement hoodie was in the correct place, there was a red ink stain on the front of the hoodie at the top when it arrived. It seems to be permanent. I did inform them of this, just to let them know (wasn’t asking for anything) - Didn’t receive a response. But still. Good hoodies. The design is great. Just a bit expensive to arrive with printing errors & didn’t want to hassle again after they had been helpful sending a replacement. I’d recommend ordering a size up too.
