My husband loves his new ring, it looks and feels really well made. Delivery of the ring was very fast and we had no problem returning it for a size smaller, which they had no problem doing.

After browsing multiple websites it soon became clear that Vincent faith had the best looking rings. I quickly and easily ordered one but soon realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size! I contacted via email explaining my mistake and asked if I would be able to exchange to the correct size. Trevor replied quickly and could not be more helpful. The mistake caused by myself had been corrected and the replacement ring arrived. The quality of the ring is superior compared to other jewellers which I had visited on the high street (also a fraction of the price). Extremely happy with the product and will definitely be recommending to others in the future.
