ASR Pro, Triple Monitors and Custom Paint

Exceptional service from start to finish. Alex answered several rounds of questions, helped color match my custom paint (obtaining swatches and comparing it to a real car at his nearby dealership), tracked my shipment and contacted me when one of the packages hung up at customs, contacted me after delivery to see how I liked it. In this process I contacted several manufacturers with questions prior to deciding which one to buy. Only ASR addressed all my questions and they responded quickly and helpfully in every instance. I appreciated Alex’s frequent texts which was much more responsive than email. Regarding the product, I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s the highest quality. The ASR Pro is perfect for our family, easily adjusted to accommodate my 12 year old, 17 year old and me. We also added a flight gate and flight sim controls for a hybrid sim. The triple monitor mount (also custom color) function perfectly and look amazing with our 42” OLEDs! The vesa pro mount made setting up the monitors a breeze. Will certainly come back to ASR for future needs and highly recommend these guys!

great product great team, very knowledgeable and professional

It was wonderful. Started out questionable, but things quickly improved and everyone was great. The entire delivery and setup team was wonderful and flawless in their actions. I totally enjoyed their company and support. Plus, you have a great product.
